Who is Asrar Ahmed Kichloo?
Hailing from Bhaderwah town of Doda district, Dr. Asrar Ahmed Kichloo completed MBBS from GMC Jammu and wanted to do post-graduation in orthopaedics but after his internship, he changed his mind and decided to give civil services a try. He cracked the UPSC in 2019 and now again in 2022.
