Unemployment in our time is at its peak in countries like India. According to American based Pew Research Center, majority of Indian people especially youth, consider unemployment a threat to their existence. “About 18.6 million Indians were jobless and another 393.7 million work in poor-quality jobs vulnerable to displacement”, states the Pew report.
By the same token, workers earning less than ₹180 ($2.5) per day in developing countries is anticipated to annex by more than 5 million, illustrating the lack of decent jobs which inturn are stress adding for educated youth. But in our union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, there are numerous talent loaded men and women but due to lack of platforms, they remain in a condition like “Lucy” of Wordsworth.
A youth aged 18, namely ‘Azhar Nabi Batt’ from remote village Dali of District Doda, Jammu and Kashmir, currently studying at Marmara University, Istanbul Turkey , works as an Author, Software developer, a blogger and web designer. His interest and drudgery ameliorates him and harvests his experience. He works with the world’s famous personalities, organisations and businessmen who are working for grooming the young talents.
Azhar Nabi Batt has authored a book named “Education – The Reality”. At just 17, he also developed a social media android application namely ‘BOO Messenger ‘ also available on Google’s official App Store. He is presently working on School Management System which can provide to any institution the digital space in age of smart technologies at very low and affordable price. His smart work and intelligence helped him to earn one of the most competitive international scholarship programme “Türkiye Scholarships (Turkish: Türkiye Bursları): an international scholarship program funded by Government of Turkey. ” to continue his higher education in Turkey. Eminent portion of his online business expedites merchandising, thrilling online appearance and widening the online bussiness in this age of technology.
Azhar learnt all his skills though online courses. Even he has completed a 8-month-long course of Ethical Hacking and few other courses related to his field of interest: The Web.
He is working in his field of Digital Economy from past two years and earns a sum of 200-300 USD per month, his gains sometimes touches $500. While summing up his words regarding his inspiration, dedication and determination, he said, “İf you dream big, work hard, stay positive and optimistic, you can achieve impossible goals like The Geneticist Robert Sinsheimer, who proposed Human Genome project, which looked like impossible to those who attended the project workshop at the University of California, Santa Cruz, to discuss sequencing the human genome ”.
He also completed a book related to reality of education; the 18 year old by far is building the difference and aims at creating his own Digital business empire to make the name of Chenab Valley shine and thus the state in whole. I’m feeling blessed that “The Chenab Times” is giving him space to make his name known to the people of our region, which is a state of pride and absolute joy for the always neglected people of Chenab Valley.
Youth like him must be held at great love and affection by the people of state, only then can they remain determined to shine above the horizons. Wish him all the best in the world of technology.
