It is very unfortunate and matter of great concern that 2nd day among purposed days ie 23rd September of block diwas is once again going to organise at HS Puneja out of block headquarter.
On 1st meeting of block diwas authorities promised that 2nd proposed day of block diwas will be celebrated at block headquarter Chiralla but today after contacting authorities they pointed again for Puneja.
The concern department does not want to celebrate it at headquarter to get rid of public grievence,s because block headquarter Chiralla always remain close most of the days and open only on their choice that is too by 4th class and temporary employees.
BDO and other employees never came there but function it from their homes.
Public of Chiralla never seen other tehsil Office s open other than Tehsil Office at Tehsil HQ Chiralla.
On 16th September we have seen many stalls of other departments at Punje who are drawing their handful salaries on the name of Chiralla but unfortunately never opened the office at headquarter Chiralla.
This is grave injustice with poor public of Chiralla who are unaware about these department,s and their schemes for public benifit.
If tomorrow ie 23rd of sep block diwas will not be celebrated at Tehsil HQ Chiralla public of Chiralla will not only boycott it but also mark their protest with proper SOP’S at Tehsil HQ Chiralla.
Moreover public of Chiralla demands immediate intervention of his excellency for opening and functioning of all offices of Chiralla at Tehsil HQ Chiralla.
Worthy deputy commissioner Doda is requested to change tomorrow,s venue to Block HQ Chiralla otherwise face agitation.
Today Block Development Society Chairman warns administration infront of closed BDO Office Chiralla
