In pursuance of it’s endeavour to facilitate poor and needy local population of ignored Tehsil Marmat ‘Medical and veternary Camp was organised by Rashtriya Rifles unit located in Bhaderwah at Chilot in Behota panchayat on 27 Oct 2020.

The camp was inaugurated by the local Company Commander. An Army medical team comprising of 4 staff persons including one Lady MNS officer and two lady attendants and civil veternary team provided the much needed medical cover for the event.
Total 476 needy people with 71 elderly, 101 women, 53 children & 153 animals including two ex-service men, one veernari/ widow of ex-servicemen and one dependent of servicemen from far-flung areas of Marmat bowl turned up for the medical & veterinary check-up during the camp. This medical camp was organised by making necessary arrangements including medical examination including Routine Medical Checkup, Blood and Urine investigation, veterinary checkup and respective dispensary.
While Speaking to the chenab times Mr Suresh (mandal pradhan) thanked Army for such benevolent & people friendly efforts and expressed satisfaction and hope for continued such measures in future.
