Acting upon the directions of Deputy Commissioner Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode, ADC Doda Kishori Lal Sharma today convened the meeting of Revenue officer’s and directed to implement Order no:2720- JK (LD) of 2020 regarding cancellation of mutations made under ROSHNI act immediately.
In the meeting of implementation of order 2720- JK (LD) of 2020 dated 31.10.2020, Tehsildars were directed to cancel all the mutations made in terms of J&K Land (Vesting of Ownership to the occupants) act 2001 and speed up the retrieval of the land from occupants.
The meeting was informed that weekly review shall be taken from Tehsildars in this regard,besides ADC directed to start retrieval from the occupants having major chunk of land at earliest especially agriculture land.
Besides ADC Doda directed all the Tehsildars to direct their field functionaries to retain the scanned revenue record of their respective Tehsils immediately and also to ensure quality check.
The meeting was attended by ACD Doda, SP operations, DIO Doda, tehsildars, besides other concerned officials.
ADC also reviewed the arrangements for Diwali festival and directed the concerned to have all the arrangements in place so that the people can enjoy the festival as per their wishes.
