Bhimber Gali Brigade conducted a medical camp to provide relief to civil population living in far flung areas, close to the LC at village Dheri of Mendhar sub division, Poonch District. The doctors carried out checks on the spot and provided medicine and equipmens to the village dispensary as per the requirement projected by the village residents. The medical camp was much needed in COVID-19 times as people from these areas have limited access to medical facilities.

Speaking at the event, the Commanding Officer of Mendhar battalion said that the Army is committed to the well-being and welfare of the civilians residing in areas along the line of control. He thanked the local administration, village elders and all locals for their support and assured commitment of the Army to their well-being He further thanked the doctors for their service
