A motorcyclist was killed while another injured after they were hit by a speedy tipper at Sheeri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla on Thursday afternoon.
An official told that the bike rider identified as Imtiyaz Ahmad Khan son of Abdul Majeed Khan of Zehanpora was killed while his pillion rider got injured after being hit by a speedy tipper at Sheeri.
He said that the injured was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where his condition is said to be stable.
Meanwhile, an police official said that a case has been registered in this regard under relevant sections of law and further investigation has been taken up.
