On Tuesday morning, an unidentified male body was discovered floating in the LJHP water reservoir in Challan Boniyar in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Locals observed a body floating in the waters of a reservoir, according to reports, and informed the local police.
When a police team arrived on the scene, they began a rescue operation with the SDRF and locals to recover the body. However, the body was not recovered when this report was filed.
Meanwhile, a police officer confirmed the body’s location in the water reserviour and stated that efforts are underway to recover it.
