U.N. Secretary-Basic Antonio Guterres condemns North Korea’s launch of doable an intermediate-range ballistic missile on Sunday and urges Pyongyang “to desist from taking any additional counter-productive actions,” a U.N. spokesman stated on Tuesday.
“This can be a breaking of the DPRK’s introduced moratorium in 2018 on launches of this nature, and a transparent violation of Safety Council resolutions. It’s of nice concern that the DPRK has once more disregarded any consideration for worldwide flight or maritime security,” deputy U.N. spokesman Farhan Haq stated in a press release.
