In a significant development, Jammu & Kashmir Government on Friday posted Raj Kumar Goyal as Financial Commissioner, Home department.
According to an order, a copy of which is in possession of news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Raj Kumar Goyal(AGMUT-1990) has been posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Home department.
Shaleen Kabra, Principal Secretary to Government, Home Department has been transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner, (Revenue), the order states.
