After completing a 6-week certificate course in Taekwondo (an Olympic sport) at Sport’s Authority of India (SAI) Bengaluru campus, Doda-based Taekwondo athelete and instructor Burhan ud Din Khan was congratulated by various national and international athletes and personalities, including International coach and referee Atul Pangotra.
As per information available with The Chenab Times, Burhan ud Din Khan of District Doda completed the NSNIS 6-week certificate course in Taekwondo (Olympic Sport) at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) Bengaluru Campus. He has been doing Taekwondo since his school days and has participated in a number of state and national Taekwondo championships.
Burhan has not only established himself as a player but also as a coach in the field of Taekwondo. He has been imparting training to a very large number of students at his own founded academy, “Shield Taekwondo Academy,” in the main town of Doda. He dedicated this professional course to his admiration of Coach Master Atul Pangotra.
