Rahul Gandhi has been mislead, Azad faces what Sardar Patel faces decades ago: Congress leader Randeep Bhandari after receiving Show cause notice from JKPCC President

Time has come for the Congress party to think beyond Gandhi family while choosing new party president

The never ending groupism in Congress party today reached at its high climax following the show cause notice issued by the newly elected JKPCC President Vikar Rasool Wani to its party leader Thakur Randeep Bhandari, who is senior party leader and District Spokesperson of Congress party in Kishtwar District for his comment on Wani’s Photograph with Congress General Secretary Shahnawaz Hussain Chowdhary who allegedly burnt Ex J&K Chief Minister & party senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad’s effigy few months ago.

As per the details available with The Chenab Times, Randeep Bhandari reacted to the photograph of JKPCC President Vikar Rasool Wani with another party leader Shahnawaz Chowdhary that didn’t go well with JKPCC President who issued show cause notice to Bhandari.

“Whereas, you have been found involved in spreading false and baseless propaganda against the Congress Party.

Whereas, you are using social media platform and other means of communication to tarnish the image of Congress Party. Whereas, you are criticizing the decisions of Party High Command, which amounts to gross indiscipline and deserve disciplinary action against you. Hence, you are hereby asked to explain your position within three days from the from the issuance of the this notice as to why the disciplinary action should not be taken against you” read the show cause notice issued by JKPCC President to Mr. Bhandari.

Bhandari through his comment had remind newly elected JKPCC President Vikar Rasool Wani who was also considered as Azad loyalist before his nomination as JKPCC President that it was same Shahnawaz Chowdhary who had burn the effigy of Ghulam Nabi Azad.
“Dear Sir, If Azad Sb was ur mentor you will never be with Shah Nawaz Chaudhary ji who burns the effigy of Azad Sb. Regards:- Thakur Randeep Bhandari” read the message the screen shot of the group chat which is available with The Chenab Times.

Speaking to The Chenab Times, Randeep Bhandari confirm that it is he who had send the message in response to JKPCC President sharing his photograph with Shahnawaz Chowdhary added that Azad is facing what Sardar Patel faces decades ago.

Bhandari said that Anand Sharma and Ghulam Nabi Azad had remain two pillers of Congress party and now they are being insulted.
He said that it was Azad who sail the party ship in Punjab after 1984 Sikh riots & bring back party back on track.

He said that time has come for the congress party to look beyond Gandhi family while choosing the new party president.

“Let Rahul Gandhi be the party Prime Minster candidate — but time has come for the party to look for party president beyond Gandhi family” said Randeep Bhandari.

He said that they will continue to remain loyal to Ghulam Nabi Azad whatsoever comes in.
Mr. Bhandari said that those who collaborated with Congress party enemies to weaken the party are now the part of various committees including those who are not even the members of the party prior to 2019.

It is pertinent to mention that several top rank Congress party leaders has resigned from the party posts soon after Congress announces various committees for Jammu and Kashmir showing anger towards party decision of appointing Vikar Rasool Wani as JKPCC President.

Now Bhandari in his reply to party Chief’s show cause notice while giving his explanation has left the final decision at the wisdom of newly appointed JKPCC to take final call on him while at the same time Bhandari has retreated that he is loyal to Azad and will continue to be with him beside will continue to raise his voice against all those elements like that of Shahnawaz Chowdhary.
