The Supreme Court on Wednesday said that it will take into account a plea for an early listing of submissions contesting the Centre’s decision to abrogate the provisions of Article 370 that had granted Jammu and Kashmir special status.
When academic and author intervenor Radha Kumar asked for the petitions on the subject to be listed sooner rather than later, a bench made up of Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justice P S Narasimha responded, “We will examine and give a date.”
