Rahul Gandhi escalates attack on PM Modi over his alleged link with Adani

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of having links with business tycoon Gautam Adani. Speaking to Congress workers in his constituency, Gandhi said that Modi thinks he is very powerful and that people will get scared of him, but he (Gandhi) is not scared of Modi.

The Congress leader recalled a speech he made in Parliament recently, in which he raised concerns about the Hindenburg report on the Adani Group of companies. He said that he was asked to show proof of his claims, and he has written to the Speaker of the Lok Sabha with all the points that were removed and supporting proof.

Gandhi’s address during a discussion in the Lok Sabha on the motion of thanks on the President’s address was heavily edited, leading him to escalate his attacks on Modi and his alleged links with Adani. He said that the prime minister does not realize that the absolute last thing he (Gandhi) is scared of is Narendra Modi.

This is not the first time that Gandhi has raised concerns about Modi’s alleged links with Adani. In the past, he has accused the prime minister of having a conflict of interest in his dealings with the business tycoon.
