The state government transferred two IAS officers today. Abid Hussain Sadiq, Special Secretary, Forests, was transferred as Bilaspur Deputy Commissioner in place of Pankaj Rai, who has been transferred to Shimla as Special Secretary, Education Department.
Rai will also have the additional charge of Special Secretary, Planning.
