In a bid to ensure the seamless execution of this tournament, the Department of Youth Services and Sports Office (DYSSO) has issued a series of directives, leaving no stone unturned. This grand sporting event is being organized under the auspices of Director Youth Services and Sports, Subhash Chandra Chibber, with guidance from JD-YSS Jammu, Suram Chand Sharma.
