Attack Attempt on CRPF Vehicle in Srinagar Leaves No Injuries or Damage: Police

In a recent incident in Khanyar area of Srinagar, a militant armed with a pistol attempted to target a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) vehicle. Fortunately, no injuries or property damage were reported during the incident, as per officials.

The Srinagar police confirmed the occurrence of the attack, noting that security personnel responded swiftly to the situation. The incident took place when the militant attempted to target a CRPF BP (Bulletproof) vehicle.

The police’s official statement on the matter read, “There was an attempted attack by a pistol-wielding terrorist on a BP vehicle of CRPF in the Khanyar area. Security personnel responded promptly to the situation, and the terrorist was thwarted. No injuries to life or property were reported.”
