An accident occurred near Lonepura Dedpeth in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir when a Maruti 800 car, bearing Registration Number JK-06-2728, was involved in a harrowing incident today at approximately 6:30 PM local time. The incident resulted in one fatality and left two individuals injured.
According to official reports from the local authorities who spoke to The Chenab Times, the ill-fated vehicle was carrying three passengers when it met with the accident. Tahir Hussain, son of Raj Hussain and a resident of Keshwan, tragically lost his life in the collision. Meanwhile, two others, identified as Asgar Hussain, son of Ghulam Hussain from Keshwan, and Safullah, son of Ghulam Hussain from Patnazi Bonjwah, sustained injuries of varying degrees.
Medical Superintendent Dr. Yudhvir, while confirming incident to The Chenab Times, confirmed that the medical team provided immediate treatment to the injured victims. Due to the severity of their injuries, both Asgar Hussain and Safullah were subsequently referred to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar, for further medical attention.
