In a mysterious turn of events, the body of a man identified as Rakesh Kumar, son of the late Om Prakash, resident of Bheryia Mandole village in the Marmat tehsil of Doda district, was found on Saturday.
According to The Chenab Times’ Marmat correspondent, locals spotted the body and subsequently informed the police. The cause of death remains unknown at this time.
The police have initiated an investigation into the matter. More details regarding the circumstances surrounding the death are awaited.
