For over a decade, he served as the head of the J&K Taekwondo Association as well as head of the Taekwondo Federation of India, where he guided and nurtured the talents of countless athletes. Under his inspiring leadership, athletes were able to represent India in various international tournaments. His dedication and commitment to the sport were evident as he worked tirelessly to develop and promote Taekwondo within the region.
