In a deeply sorrowful moment for the community, Mtr. Fatima Begum (75), wife of Mohd Iqbal Zargar and a respected resident of Dugga Drabshalla in District Kishtwar, passed away following a prolonged illness. The deceased was the grandmother of our correspondent, Saqib Zargar, hailing from Drabshalla.
Mtr. Fatima Begum was well-regarded in her locality for her nurturing nature and devotion to her family. Her passing leaves behind a significant void in the hearts of her loved ones and the wider community. Despite her prolonged illness, she remained a symbol of resilience and strength for her family.
The funeral prayers (Namaz-e-Janaza) will be held at her ancestral village, where family members, friends, and neighbors gathered in large numbers to pay their last respects. The community came together in grief and solidarity, offering their condolences and support to the bereaved family.
