The staff of the Sheep Breeding Farm (SBF) Thathri organized a warm farewell for Mr. Shanti Parkash, Flock Inspector, on the occasion of his superannuation, honoring his 39 years of unwavering commitment and service. The event was graced by Dr. Azhar Moomin Bichoo, Assistant Director, SBF Thathri, Dr. Jameel Nasir Vachkoo, District Sheep Husbandry Officer (DSHO) Kishtwar, Sh. Satish Kumar Rana, Tehsildar Thathri, along with Dr. Ashok Vigian, Dr. Rizwana Zargar, Dr. Anit Kumar, and Dr. Muzammil, among other distinguished staff members of SBF Thathri.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Azhar Moomin Bichoo expressed his gratitude for Mr. Shanti Parkash’s long-standing commitment and congratulated him on reaching this milestone after nearly four decades of exemplary service. “His dedication to his duties and cordial interactions with both superiors and colleagues have set a high standard for professionalism within the department,” said Dr. Bichoo, further extending his best wishes for Mr. Parkash’s health and happiness in his retirement.
Reflecting on his association with the retiring officer, Dr. Jameel Nasir Vachkoo, DSHO Kishtwar, praised Mr. Parkash’s professionalism, adding that their time together, though brief, was marked by enriching and productive collaboration. Fellow colleagues Dr. Anit Kumar, Dr. Ashok Vigian, Dr. Rizwana Zargar, and Dr. Muzammil highlighted Mr. Parkash’s dedication and high spirits, affirming that his legacy of service would be remembered warmly by the department.
