Ramban, March 14 – A fire broke out in a residential house in Chamalvas Shalgadi village of Banihal in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district on Friday, officials said.
Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) personnel, along with local residents, launched an operation to contain the blaze, according to initial reports.
The cause of the fire and the extent of damage remain unclear, with authorities yet to provide further details. No casualties have been reported so far.
Rescue operations are ongoing as officials work to bring the situation under control. More details are awaited.
