Pattan, June 9 — In a tragic incident, a young boy, identified as Hafiz Quyoom, died after accidentally swallowing a balloon in the Chanserseer area of Pattan in Baramulla district.
According to local sources, the child was playing with the balloon when the mishap occurred.
