Budgam, August 11 – Five people were injured in a clash between two groups in the Buksul area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday, officials said.
According to authorities, the injured include an 18-year-old resident of Gatipora Budgam, along with four others aged 42, 36, 21, and 34 years – all belonging to the same locality.
They were initially taken to the Sub-District Hospital in Khansahib and later shifted to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar for specialised treatment. Officials said all five are in stable condition.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and launched an investigation into the cause of the altercation.
