Udhampur Deputy Commissioner, Minga Sherpa, on Friday distributed ex-gratia relief to eligible beneficiaries under the road accident victim fund scheme. The financial assistance was provided to entitled individuals in accordance with the provisions of the scheme.
Information was available with The Chenab Times that the disbursement took place in the presence of Additional Superintendent of Police Sandeep Bhat and Assistant Regional Transport Officer Mudassir Iqbal, along with other relevant officials. The initiative aims to provide immediate financial support to families affected by road accidents.
