On the suggestion of Secretary Higher Education Sh. Talat Parvez Rohella, Department of Higher Education Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir during his medain visit to Chenab valley in June 2019, the able guidance and supervision of Principal Dr. Shafquet Hussain Rafiqi, Department of Zoology and Medical College Doda signed a memorandum of understanding on 6-3-2020 frist of its kind in Jammu and Kashmir Colleges. The MOU is signed with the objective of sharing the knowldge between the institutes and establishing a vibrant academic collaboration by undertaking joint activities in their respective feilds of research and education. Moreover to seek mutual advice and support in planning and executing programmes, promoting excellence in research and encourage regular visit of faculty members of either instution to interact through different activities such seminars/conferences/workshops etc and to interact students of either institutions.This MOU was signed between Principal GMC Doda Dr.Tariq Pervaiz Azad and Dr.Ajaz Ahmed Wani Head Deptt.of Zoology GDC Doda. Dr Shoket Ahmed Registerer GMC Doda and Dr. Manish Thakur deptt. of zoology were also present on the occasion.
