Doda, 02 May:After the shocking incident of Chatroo Cloudburst in Kishtwar where two ladies lost their lives. Now one boy from Gandoh area of Doda district namely drowned into river.
According to reports reached The Chenab Times correspondent, the boy namely Saqib Hussain S/o Jaffer Hussain was crossing river at Sarliya, where his feet slipped and he fells into river. Later, locals and police recovered the dead body.
This is the first incident reported in the said area, last week one mother and her daughter drowned into river while crossing it with a wooden loog as bridge. As per details available with The Chenab Times correspondent Anzer Ayoob, dozens of lives lost due to non availability of foot bridges. Even no officials from administration visited those Mother-Daughter’s family for help and support after that incident.
