Why Residents of Tehsil Marmat are always ignored by PDD Department?

Injustice is done every time with the people of Tehsil Marmat, they are always kept away from everything .
Question Arises..
1. Does the people of Tehsil Marmat have no right to live?
2. Does they not have the right to use electricity?
Who will answer these question ?
Even in the 21st century, there are still some places of the above mentioned tehsil where PDD department has failed to show its success.
One side Where the government claims that electricity will remain continues in the month of Holly Ramadhan,
On the other hand, these people have been kept deprived of electricity..
When we got telephonically complaint about this matter,through the locals.
The chenab times Team visits and inspected the spot and talked to the locals there.
And they told us the real story..
While talking to the Chenab Times, one Jhangir Ali Wani who is a local resident of Panchayat Labar Sarak in Marmat told us that they have been deprived of light for last 15 days . Some people came and they cut electrical wires of transformer with out any permission and when approached to the XEN, JEE and AEE of the PDD department .They did not talk well with us and started to used vurgal language.
Further He said that he also has a audio recording of XEN of PDD Department which he has talked with them when they approached about the matter.. ۔
Now one question arries that Its really shameless act that if a responsible officer will do such things with the poor residents.Then how will he treat ordinary people in his office..
He also said that due to lack of electricity in the month of Holly Ramadan, we are also facing a lot of difficulty..
Through The Chenab Times these people have urged to the district administration that electricity should b restored as soon as possible for the said pancheyat and the strongest action should be taken against PDD department..
