India Observes Ambedkar Jayanti: PM Modi Pays Tribute to Constitution Architect

Born on April 14, 1891, in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, popularly known as Babasaheb Ambedkar, is widely revered as the chief architect of the Constitution of India. His tireless efforts in drafting the constitution laid the foundation for India’s democratic framework and social justice principles.

The Prime Minister shared his tributes via a post on X, formerly known as Twitter. He wrote, “Tributes to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his birth anniversary. His life and work continue to inspire generations to build a just and progressive society.” The post was accompanied by an image, underscoring the solemnity of the occasion.
