Five people, including four tourists, sustained injuries when a tourist bus overturned in Tangmarg, a town in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, on Wednesday. The incident occurred in the main market area of Tangmarg, a location situated near the renowned ski resort of Gulmarg.
Information was available with The Chenab Times that the injured comprise four tourists and the bus driver, who is a local resident. All five individuals were promptly transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention. Hospital officials reported that the condition of all injured persons is stable and they are not in any danger.
The exact cause of the accident is currently under investigation, and further details are awaited. Tangmarg is a popular destination for tourists visiting Kashmir, especially those en route to or from Gulmarg.
