Arjun Singh S/o Ashpal Singh R/o Tantly Bisran Tehsil Gandoh District Doda is a son of a poor farmer and is suffering from Haemophilia A (which is a rare disease of blood factor deficiency by birth which has to been given by infusion throughout life) from last three years. The patient is getting free treatment in SMGS but has to visit frequently to SMGS Jammu from his native village. Ashpal Singh (father) has no source of income and it is even very difficult for him to manage two times meal for the family.He cant even afford traveling fair and other medicines required for the treatment .His One more son died due to Blood cancer at very small age of 9 months.
