Landlord gives 2 months relaxation in fare at around 60 thousands in Lockdown

Landlord from Thathri area gives atleast two months relaxation in rent fare of 10 shops, around 60 thousands due to the lockdown imposed by the government in view to Coronavirus outbreak.
Talking to Chenab Times—an online news portal, Anaytullah Zargar (who is the owner of shops near Zargar Service Station Thathri) said, “The people are faced with difficult financial situations, Large number of people are not able to pay their rents. So that I have decided to waved off their shop rent for two months. Moreover, I appealed all the landlords to give relaxations in rent recovery.” — CT
Moreover, the shopkeepers thanked him and also said that there area many youths who started their work after the abrogation of Article 370, but due to lockdown they faced huge loss. — CT
“All the landlords should do the same thing which our landlord did. So that new comers in the business line will get some relief,” a shopkeeper said. — CT
