A Letter by Jammu Kashmir TJAC Thathri on Rehber-e-Khel
Today on 12/07/2020 Teachers Joint Action committee Thathri strongly objected the adjustment of REK bypassing all criteria of rationalisation/ adjustment.
It is clear violation of Criteria of rationalisation by DYSSO Doda.

As per joint director letter no JD-YSS/J/Estt/1391-1402 dated 07/072020 Criteria only REK has to be rationalise/adjusted in Middle Schools where enrolment should be above 40 and one REK in High school having roll upto 50 but unfortunately majority of REK has been rationalised/adjusted in schools where enrolment is below 20 in middle schools.
This is gross violation of their own fixed criteria by their higher ups.
Even some REK’s has been picked from high school s and adjusted in middle schools where roll is below 20.
We have many middle school s in zone where roll is above 50.some example s are as
- Ups Doki Roll above 80
- Ups Bacchara above 50
- Ups Binola above 50
- Ups Sipla above 80
- Ups Zenhari above 80
- Ups Cheera above 60
- Ups lopa above 100
- Ups Dadi kathawa above 40 and many other schools of zone Thathri.
As per their own set criteria REK should be adjusted in these schools whee their is dire need instead the schools where roll is below 20.
JKTJAC demands adjustment of REK in all above schools.
Also take the recent enrolment form CEO office that is beside your office door and see the truth .Have you done justice with your department and society or not.
Do the justice by rationalising REK in schools where it is needed rather than on the direction of concern candidate by favouriting him.
This is not called transparency rather favouritism, violation of rules and open corruption.
If this list will not be reviewed with in two days as per criteria our deputation will submit the memorandum through worthy deputy commissioner Doda to honourable Lt Governor for intervention.
Regards
Naseer Ahmad Batt Zonal President Jammu Kashmir Teachers Joint Action committee Unit Thathri
TJAC Chiralla demands readjustment of ReK on the basis of rationalisation criteria
Readjustment of REK on the basis of rationalisation criteria.
We the teacher community Of Tehsil Chiralla want to bring into the notice of the worthy deputy commissioner and youth services and sports officer Doda that the concerned department had made a criteria for adjustment of ReK on the basis of enrollment, and It was notified and criteria made to adjust One ReK in those schools, where there is roll of above 50 students. It is unfortunate to say that there are certain left out schools in cluster Sunarthawa, namely UPS Doki, UPS Bachara, and UpS Binola, Where there was badly need to adjust ReK. It is obviously to say that The above mentioned schools have left out on the basis of political, corruption and favouritism .it is transparently to say that it is not possible to raise an educational standard in the schools due to such circumstances .
The rationalisation criteria of ReK has made on the basis of favouritism. There are 80 students in Ups Doki, Which is left out to adjust One ReK. There are 58 students in UPS Bachara, where there was need Of ReK.
Keeping in view of the above genuine greviences
highlighted by the teachers community of Tehsil Chiralla that the concerned youth services and sports officer doda should take a necessary and transparent approach to re -adjust ReK in above mentioned schools, so that a transparency will made on the basis of rationalisation criteria.
Regards
Sajad Ahmed Malik General secretary Teacher Joint Action Committee (TJAC) of Tehsil Chiralla.
