Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath jointly launched the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ in Varanasi on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday. The initiative marks 25 years of Prime Minister Modi’s public service and seeks to symbolise the ongoing transformations in India under his leadership.
Information was available with The Chenab Times that the campaign commenced with a bike rally involving 500 youths. These participants are set to embark on a 20-day journey tracing a route from Varanasi, the Prime Minister’s parliamentary constituency, to Vadnagar in Gujarat, his ancestral home. This journey is intended to reflect the Prime Minister’s journey and leadership, connecting his origins to his current national role.
The ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ aims to foster a sense of national unity and highlight the progress achieved across the country. A core component of the campaign is the promotion of the ‘Ek Bharat-Shreshtha Bharat’ initiative, which encourages interaction and understanding between different regions and cultures of India.
