During a night raid in the Khansahib area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam, authorities seized a JCB for illegal clay excavation in the Chananowpora locality of Khansahib.
According to an official, during night patrolling, the Tehsildar seized the JCB used for illegal clay extraction, and a FIR was also filed against those involved.
Tehsildar Khansahib stated that the drive would continue in the area due to the large number of complaints received.
He stated that a case had been filed under relevant sections of the law at Police Station Khansahib, and that further investigation was underway.
