According to details received by The Chenab Times, the inquiry has been assigned to a Gazetted Officer to ensure a thorough, impartial, and transparent investigation. The reported incident unfolded when a police party from Kunzer Police Station was executing a status quo order issued by the Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMIC) in Tangmarg. Police sources indicated that legal and preventive proceedings were initiated in accordance with established legal frameworks.

Subsequently, an altercation was reported to have taken place inside the Kunzer Police Station premises, involving an advocate and police personnel. Following this confrontation, allegations of improper conduct by police officials surfaced.
