This protracted standoff has garnered widespread attention as the operation to flush out militants continues relentlessly in the challenging terrain of the Gadole forest area.

The relentless clash, which commenced over 100 hours ago, has claimed the lives of three security personnel, leaving a nation in mourning. Among the fallen are the Commanding Officer of the 19 Rashtriya Rifles, Colonel Manpreet Singh, Major Ashish Dhonchak, and Deputy Superintendent of Jammu and Kashmir Police, Humayun Bhat.
