Firstly calling was restored, after some months SMS service restored and in January 2G internet with social media blockade was restored. After war with VPNs, govt decided to restore social media but the speed remained same. Now dates after dates were announced but 4G speed was not restored yet. And the new lockdown came again. The previous lockdown was due to abrogation of Article 370 which remained for more than 6 months and it was against the will of the people of J&K but new lockdown amid coronavirus scare imposed in J&K which is acceptable by the public but slow internet, video buffering irks the people for using phones.
