Lieutenant Governor Sinha extended his appreciation to the labourers, engineers, and officials from the Public Works Department, the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, various district administrations, the Jammu and Kashmir Police, security forces, and agencies responsible for essential water and electricity infrastructure. He also acknowledged the dedicated service of the employees working in the Valley under the Prime Minister’s Package Programme.

Stressing that the completion of these housing units marks the commencement of new responsibilities, the Lieutenant Governor called for sustained efforts to ensure uninterrupted electricity and water supply, robust security measures, effective waste management systems, and prompt resolution of public grievances.
