One Day inter college Symposium/Seminar on Drug Abuse, Illicit Trafficking in chenab region, consequences and remedies was held at GDC Doda.
The programme was organised by Department of Zoology GDC Doda under the Head of Deptt Zoology Dr Ajaz Ahmed Wani and sponsered by Science, Technology and innovation council Department of Science and Technology Govt of Jammu & Kashmir.
Chief Guest, Principal GDC Doda Shafqat Hussain Rafiqi alongwith Prof Babu Ram, Dr Wahied Khawar Balwan, Prof Imtiaz Ahmed and other staff members from different colleges of Chenab region.
Around 8 students from different colleges of Chenab region including Doda, Thathri, Bhaderwah and Khilotran. The participants delivered the lectures on Drugs Abuse, Illicit Trafficking, consequences and remedies.
Later, A skitt programme was also organised by 5th sem students of GDC Doda on Drug abuse.
At the end, prizes were distributed among the Ist, 2nd and 3rd and consolation prizes to all the participants.
