Officials in Jammu and Kashmir announced on Tuesday that they had recovered a large sum of Indian money from a narco smuggler in Rajouri district.
Official sources told Kashmir-based news agency Kashmir News Observer that a squad from the Nowshera police station was looking into the forward and backward linkages of a narco smuggler who was recently caught.
“During this investigation, huge amount of Indian currency was recovered which has been seized and further legal proceedings are going gone into the matter,” they said.
