Supreme Court on Final Year Exams whether the exams will be held or Not?

The Supreme Court has made its final judgment over the exams of final year students. As per the judgment no degree will be issued to the final year students without taking their exams. Supreme Court has made clear that without the permission of UGC no States/UT are allowed to cancel the exams. States are being ordered to take the exams of the students at the end of 30th September, 2020. And those States who are unable to bring the exams at given date, they have to inform UGC. The Supreme Court has made clear that looking at the current situation due to which the country even the world suffer, States are allowed not to bring exams but they have first to discuss with UGC.
It should be under consideration that Supreme Court had made already it clear on 6th July that whole of the Universities of India has to take exams until 30th of September 2020.If they don’t do so, future of all students will be in danger. After the guide lines of UGC for taking exams, students of all over the India made a plea in Supreme Court. The basis of this plea was the current situation due to COVID19. Students said that it is risky to take exams also students should be passed on the basis of their previous results.

Supreme Court, on 18th August٫ after the hearing, kept its decision safe whether exams should be taken on given time or not .
UGC also made it clear that, the decision taken by Supreme Court on 6th July whether we are unable to follow it or not but we can’t pass the final year students without taking their exams. UGC has also tells that we have started new PG(postgraduate) course for this they have first take the exams of all UG(undergraduate) students.
