After 41 years of service, Hem Lal Sharma, Block Manager, JKFDC, from Donli village, Panchayat Garhtar, Doda District, retired today.
A gathering in his honour was held today in his native hamlet of Donli to bid him farewell. During the function, the speakers emphasised Hem Lal Sharma’s living conditions and stated that he is a very honest, conscientious person with a lovely personality.
Employees from the concerned department praised him and stated that he will be missed in the department forever.
Former DM Doda Timur Shah, Former Block Manager Farooq Wani, Former Field Supervisor Abdul Rehman Ganai, Field Workers, Ghulam Muhammad, Nazir Ahmad Naik, Jeewan Lal, Abdul Sattar Wani, Hamza Khan, Mohammad Shafi, Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Shah, Bashir Ahmed, and many local personalities also participated.
