13-Year-Old Girl Lost Life, Several Injured in Kishtwar Mishap

A heart-wrenching accident on the Kwar Dool Road in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, has left one young life lost and several others injured, as reported on The Chenab Times’ facebook livestream. The incident occurred on Monday.

The victim has been identified as Nindiya Devi, a 13-year-old girl and the daughter of Kewal Singh from Chitoo Paddar.

Several individuals sustained injuries in the accident and were rushed to the District Hospital Kishtwar for medical attention. Among the injured are:

  1. Tirath Lal, a 58-year-old man, and son of Ghopa Ram from Palai Paddar.
  2. Kewal Singh, a 40-year-old man, and son of Vijay Chand from Chitoo Paddar.
  3. Banti Devi, a 63-year-old woman, and wife of Panna Lal, currently residing in Paddar.
  4. Sumitra Devi, a 60-year-old woman, and wife of Thakur Chand, hailing from Paddar.
  5. Ganesh Sahoo, a man from Chattisgarh, currently residing in the area.

The injured individuals are receiving medical care at District Hospital Kishtwar, where healthcare professionals are working to ensure their recovery.
