Young MBBS Student Dies of Cardiac Arrest in South Kashmir

SRINAGAR, Nov 19 – A 20-year-old medical student from Srinagar died of cardiac arrest while driving near Aishmuqam in Anantnag district of south Kashmir on Tuesday, officials said.

The deceased, identified as Azan Yousuf Dar, was the son of Dr. Muhammad Yousuf Dar, a resident of Hyderpora in Srinagar. Azan was an MBBS student studying in Bangladesh.

According to local reports, Azan was traveling to the popular tourist destination of Pahalgam with friends when he suddenly complained of severe chest pain. His friends rushed him to the nearest hospital, but doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.
