Vrindavan, a town renowned for its spiritual significance and numerous temples dedicated to Lord Krishna, attracts a large number of pilgrims throughout the year. Boat services are a common mode of transport for visitors seeking to experience the local ghats and religious sites along the Yamuna River. The accessibility and safety of these services are paramount for the well-being of devotees and tourists.
The Uttar Pradesh government, in conjunction with local authorities in Mathura, has been coordinating the rescue and recovery operations.
