The former minister articulated that the country’s youth represent its most significant asset, and he is resolute in preventing them from becoming casualties of political discord. Pradhan extended his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his consistent guidance, trust, and unwavering support throughout his tenure. He also conveyed his appreciation to his colleagues in the Union Cabinet, officials within the ministry, and all staff members with whom he collaborated, reaffirming his commitment to national service as his foremost priority.
The NEET-UG 2024 examination, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), has been under intense scrutiny following allegations of paper leaks and irregularities. Student groups and opposition parties have been demanding a thorough investigation and re-examination, leading to significant public discourse and protests.
The Supreme Court of India has also taken cognizance of the petitions related to the NEET-UG 2024 exam, ordering the NTA to provide detailed responses. The court has been hearing arguments concerning the integrity of the examination process and the potential impact on candidates.
