The designated Administrative Secretary for the Planning, Development and Monitoring Department will serve as the nodal officer for the theme related to the five specific priority objectives for states aspiring to achieve ‘Viksit Bharat by 2047’. The order was issued by M. Raju, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, on behalf of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
