Students of 10th and 12th and 11th class from different schools of the valley on Friday demanded relaxation and mass promotion respectively to the next class.
Students protesting in various places of the valley meant, “If Jammu division students were given mass promotion why not for us too.”
“We are not mentally prepared for the examinations as our concepts are not clear due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and low speed internet which too was snapped several times” added a female student protestor.
Pertinently, on 30 September JKBOSE had announced a mass promotion for Class 11th students of zone in Jammu division and in view of the Board’s decisions, Kashmir-based students seem to have got encouraged to put forth the demand for mass promotion for them as well.
